Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: We currently ship using US Postal Service Priority Mail. You should receive your package within two weeks. International shipping could take as long as 4 weeks.

A:Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! We guarantee that if you do not like your merchandise, or it is broken, you can return it and get your money back. This 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee is good for 30 days.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A:If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail us at service@cafepress.com. Please include the invoice number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.

Q: I do not live in the United States. May I still buy merchandise?

A:You sure can! We ship merchandise all over the world!

Q: What is the printing process used on the t-shirts?

A: We use a dye sublimation printing process. This process is similar in quality to screen printing, with no image cracking, peeling or fading.

Q: May I get T-shirts in colors other than white?

A:Unfortunately, we have not yet found a way to print a good quality product on a dark background. We certainly would love to offer colors other than white and ash grey, and will continue to search for a means to do so while maintaining superior quality.

Q: What about XXL T-shirts?

A: Good news! We now offer 2X, 3X and 4X shirts! Please be aware that the largest image we can print is 8x10 which tends to look small on the larger shirts.

Q: May I pay by check or money order?

A:Absolutely! To purchase, please send the following information with your payment:
