Need some help please

Hey guys.....I need some help bad!!! I don't cook, and I have to create a snack for one of my classes, cook it, and bring it to class. That's not really the problem...the problem is....my snack can't contain more than 200 calories per serving and it has to be a good source of B12 and Zinc.....kinda crazy...this is for cellular class.....I know that both of these items are high in meat products...but I didn't know if you guys had any ideas of what I could make.....it can be hot or cold.....it would be easier if it was cold.....like shrimp or something....but I have to think of it like I was going to a party and bringing a snack. Any ideas? TIA!!!

I found this online...it has the "dairy" for the B12 and the "crab" for the zinc. The recipe even states it's a good source of these nutrients.

 

AND it's 143 calories per serving...... ;)
