JAC1 0 Posted April 27, 2004 Hey everyone, just wanted to share this with you all. Not difficult to make at all. Just verify if the points are correct. We want no mistakes on this one. Thanks all.  Cornbread Ring  3/4 Cup Reduced Fat Bisquick 1 Cup Yellow Cornmeal 1 Tablespoon Splenda 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 2 Eggs (or equivelent egg sub) 1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ICBINB Lite Marg.  Spray a 6 Cup Microwave safe ring mold with butter flavor Pam spray. Large bowl combine: Bisquick,cornmeal,splenda,Baking powder. Add Eggs, milk and applesauce and margarine and mix well to combine. Pour into mold and Micro on high (100 %) for 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Immediately invert onto serving platter. Let set on plate for 5 minutes. Cut into 8 Servings at 3 points each. **No Micro Ring Mold ?? Use a 9" glass pie plate and glass in the center and pour batter around it.
