SSKatie 0 Posted July 26, 2004 I'm afraid that I don't remember where I found this recipe, but I'm gonna try it tomorrow. Just thought I'd post it here in case anyone else would like to try it. I'll post my "review" tomorrow!  * Exported from MasterCook *  Crockpot Turkey Meatloaf  Recipe By : Serving Size : 5 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories :  Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound ground turkey -- 92% lean 1/4 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute 3 tablespoons onion soup mix 1/3 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup ketchup -- Hunts 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes  Spray crock with pam. Mix everything tog.,with exception of 1/2 the ketchup, & shape into loaf Put into crock**, top with remaining ketchup, and cook on low, 6-7 hours. Do not overcook, as the meatloaf will dry out.  **If you have a small trivet put it into the bottom of the crock, spray with pam, and set the loaf on top of it. This will help drain the grease from the beef as it cooks. If you don't have the trivet, that is OK. There is so little fat in 92% lean beef, very little fat accumulates on the bottom of the crock.  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -  5 servings, 4 points each   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -  Per Serving: 200 Calories; 8g Fat (38.1% calories from fat); 19g Protein; 12g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 72mg Cholesterol; 1040mg Sodium.
