Easy Asian Beef and Noodles

This recipie is taken from WW Two's Company Cookbook:


1(8oz) rib-eye steak

1 tsp. dark sesame oil

1 *. sliced green onion

2 *. packaged cabbage and carrot coleslaw

2(2.8 oz) packages beef-flavored ramen noodles

1 1/2 *. water

1 Tbsp. low-salt soy sauce


1. Trim fat from steak;cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and green onions; stir fry one minute. Remove steak mixture and keep warm. Heat remaining 1/2 tsp oil add slaw stir-fry 30 seconds. Remove slaw and keep warm.


2. Remove noodles from packages;reserve one seasoning packet for another use. Add water and remaining seasoning packet to skillet and bring to a boil. Break noodles in half add noddles to water mixture. Cook noodles 2 minutes or until most of luquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Stir in steak mixture, slaw, and soy sauce, cook until thoroughly heated.


Yield: 2 servings 2*. each. 10 pts


These are very huge portions could even make it four servings at 5 pts.

I've had this many times, it is so filling and really feels like I'm eating chineese take out

This sounds delicious -- I have been wanting Chinese but somehow the idea of going into a buffet scares me. Thank you for posting it.
