Little Brag - Ran 1 mile

Okay, it's not that far of a distance, but I've never run a whole mile straight through in my entire life that I can recall. I really didn't even feel winded, but I could tell my legs need to stop. But, dude, I RAN A MILE!!!! Woo Hoo!!! :headover:

 

Thanks. I just had to crow about it to people that would understand.

You go, girl!!! I ran a mile for the first time when I was 39 yrs old!!! I remember how excited I was (bragging to my triathelete Marine Corps husband). Keep it up; I'm proud of you!
