mskitty5678 10 Posted March 12, 2005 If you could point this for me i'd be so greatful. Every year when the weather gets nice, my husband cleans out the grill and makes me this. It's my favorite meal of all time, and he makes it SOOOO good.    :) Carne Asada  8 corn tortilas 3 limes 5 cups tomato juice 2 tbs chili powder 1 tbs cummin 1 tbs pepper 3 gloves minced garlic 1 pound carne asada beef 1 avacado 1 cup salsa 1 cup 2% colby jack cheese 1 sliced medium onion 2 tbs olive oil 1 cup sliced jalepeno's 1/2 cup lite sour cream  Squeeze lime over meat, then sprinkle with all seasoning. Pour tomato juice and garlic over meat and marinate overnight.  BBQ meat, while you slice onions and satue in olive oil. Also chop your avacado.  Once meat is done, serve with salsa,jalepenos,sauted onions and sour cream and cheese. Determined to get healthy and stay that way!
