FIRM-how many x's/week?

How many times a week should I be exercising with the FIRM to get maximum results?

You can choose the Beginner rotation which is about 3 times a week. Intermediate level is 4 times. Advanced is 5 to 6 times a week. It partially depends on which workouts and how much weight you're using.

 

Rest days are important. Allow at least one and possibly two rest days per week.

I do the cardio + sculpt 3 times a week. I aim for 3 other cardios-they may be all FIRM cardio (really light weights such as express cardio and fat blasting cardio) or treadmill or another tape for results.
