How do you count your strawberries?

Recommended Posts

I love fresh strawberries, but I often have a difficult time quantifying the points. I know in the WW book, it says that 1.5 cups is one point. But do they mean sliced strawberries or whole? There is a big difference between the two and I wonder how any body else handled this.

Sincerely,

I think they mean whole. I measure them whole after removing stems & bad spots.
