MasterCook help, please...need nutritional info

I'm hoping cybergranny or anyone with MasterCook will help give me the nutritional info for the following recipe.

Thank you!

 

Banana Muffins

 

1 1/2 c whole wheat flour

1/4 c brown sugar

1/2 c. Splenda

1 1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 egg whites

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/4 c no sugar added applesauce

 

Combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon.

Add egg whites, banana and applesauce.

Stir just until combined.

Pour into greased muffin tin.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Here is your recipe. You didn't say how many muffins it made so I assumed 12. If it makes a different amount, you can adjust the points for that. This looks like a good recipe.

Thank you plcm111195 for the links. I'll definitely save those for future use.

 

Thank you cybergranny for the info. I make these all the time, but just started using whole wheat flour. Using white flour, it made 12 muffins at 1 point each. These are the best banana muffins I've ever had. Thanks again.
