low points and lacks energy

I just found this web site, coooool!

 

I am on a 20 daily point schedule. I am lacking energy, what am I doing wrong. I exercise, I eat 20-21 points per day. And by the end of the day I am so tired I am out by 7-8 pm... It takes my walking buddy everything to get me to do my daily walk. Any advice?

Eat! You have 35 WPAs to spend each week, use them. You're earning APs by walking, eat them. Fuel the body.

Definitely! Eat your points! That's what they are there for. If you eat too few points now you'll have fewer points to maintain on and your body will fight you the whole way. Fuel your body to lose, don't starve it.
