SPECIALKK 10 Posted July 3, 2009 This is a great recipe! I doubled the ground beef and the oats and kept everything else the same. This tasted great and dh and ds loved it - they didn't even know I made it different from my old meatloaf! I wasn't sure how I would like the oats in it as I had always used bread crumbs before but it was delicious! The leftovers will be great! Â Karen I wake up every day with the realization that this is it, that there's only one shot at this life and I can either enjoy the ride and live it to its fullest and to my highest potential or I can stay the way I am. Mickweed 10 Posted August 21, 2009 I made this last night and used ground turkey since I didn't have any ground sirloin on hand. Was wonderful! Looking forward to some leftovers for lunch today! Thanks for the quick and EASY recipe! (DH gobbled down two big pieces!) ****************************************** JK ******************************************
