"To Die For" Turkey Breast

Just in time for T-day, for those turkey dinner purists...


I liked the To Die For Beef Roast recipe so much, I decided to try it with a turkey breast. Survey said: "Fabulous!" :)


In a Crock Pot, I used a 3 lb. turkey breast and mixed the packages together as with the beef recipe, dumped it over the turkey and cooked for about 4 hours on low. I checked the internal temp and turned it off at just over 160 degrees (I hate dried, over-cooked turkey) to let it "coast" until dinner. I couldn't believe how juicy and tender it was, and with a delicious gravy to boot. Much lower "pointage" than the beef.


Crock Pot "To Die For" Turkey Breast


1 pkg Ranch dressing mix

1 pkg turkey gravy mix

1 pkg Italian dressing mix

1 3 lb (or so) turkey breast

1/2 cup water
