WeighToGo 0 Posted January 23, 2006 I can't remember where I saw a recipe. Someone had made bars (oatmeal) with dates. There was a discussion of whether or not dates are a dried fruit. Someone added craisins. Does that ring a bell with anyone? Dianne<br />Lifetime!
Guest colleen7 Posted January 23, 2006 Sorry I can't help, but I have to tell you that your post made me laugh - I thought you were posing a question as to if it was OK to go to a BAR on a DATE!!! Â Where is my mind, huh??

RCKim 10 Posted January 26, 2006 Dried fruit isn't core, including Craisins and dried dates. However, fresh dates are core and may be used in recipes. Otherwise, just use your WPAs! Kim  Lifetime Member SW 164 GW 139 CW
