WATP is great for any fitness level. If you are a beginner you go at your own pace and if you are advance you can jog instead of marching. I am at an intermediate level but I have had two knee surgeries and I have a torn cartilidge right now so watp is what I do mostly. I used watp 3 mile this week mon-friday and lost 1.8 lbs ( and am I happy about that).

I have used WATP tapes for years and have just started doing the 5 Mile one--love it--fast flying 65 minutes!


SW: 157.4

CW: 154.5

2.9 down, 19.5 to go

GW: 135
