This is sooo good! I sauteed 1/2 onion and added the soup (I used mushroom)/mushrooms/veggies. I also added a little pepper, salt, and garlic powder because I was afraid it might be a little bland. But it was so flavorful and the + is that you get in your veggies. I used my own homemade baking mix made with part whole wheat flour instead of Bisquick. I'd say this is 10x better than those frozen pies you get at the grocery store. And the servings are huge! Thanks for the great recipe. :)

I made this last night and it is a definate hit! It is one of those dishes that taste like you are eating something you shouldn't be eating. I did add the 98% Fat Free Cream Of Mushroom soup to mine, in addition to the 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken, and it only added 1 point. Actually, a little less than a point but I rounded it up.

Great recipe! Thank you!

Fixed for dinner tonight, this was good. And that's coming from someone who was not a pot pie fan at all. No one could believe I found it on this as a Weight Watchers recipe.

I made this tonight. The family loved it. It was so good and filling too. They didn't ask if it was WW or anything. :bcb_grin They request that I make it again sometime.

I made this last week for my DH and I. We LOVED it. It tastes just as good as regular Chicken Pot Pie, but it is way healthier. I love that it takes canned chicken....definately a time saver and once it is mixed and cooked together it tastes the same as fresh chicken.

I like this recipe very much but find the canned chicken somewhat bland...will try it with a poached and chunked chicken breast next time. Also going to try adding a few teaspoons of chicken gravy mix just for flavor. Made it with tuna and mushroom soup today and it was very tasty.

SIlly question here... Do I add water to the canned soup (like when you make soup to eat as soup?? Or, just use it straight from the can?

Sandy - when I made it, I did not add the extra liquid I would if I were making soup. There was plenty of liquid in the recipe.

Hope that made sense. :)
