Jell-O FF SF Pudding

Recommended Posts

If I make this pudding with 1% milk instead of the skim milk, how many points would it be? I'm not sure how to figure this out since the prepared numbers are made with skim milk. :help:

Any ideas?? Thanks.

My 1% milk has 100 calories per cup, and is 2 pts per cup, same as ff...I would calculate it as the same.

The bottle of 1% milk I have in the refrigerator has 120 calories and 2.5 g fat.

for 1 cup.

I have a box of Choc. s/f f/f Cook and Serve Pudding that is 30 calories per serving (4)

120 x 2 = 240 cal for the milk and the pudding 30 x 4 = 120 cal. total calories for 4 servings is 360 divided by 4 servings = 90 calories each.

2.5 g fat x 2 = 5 g fat divided by 4 servings = 1.25 g per serving.

On my slider that is 2 pts per serving.

The choc. pudding does have 1 g of fiber per serving but that won't change the points.
