honeyto6 10 Posted April 25, 2006 Wow, I made my 10% today, and owe it all to my daughter who is on WW also, and she did so well, that I thought, if she can do it, I can too!!! Â My problem, was, not eating enough. That may sound silly, but I never seemed to eat, and my motabislim (spelling) was so low. I was always so tired, and drank 5 to 6 cans of diet soda a day, to try to make me stay awake. Â I have not had a diet soda, since I started WW, and drink water or crystal lite peach tea. Â I want to thank everyone on this board, for all the great recipes!!!!!!! Without them, I wouldn't know what to cook or eat. These have been a God send!!! Â Thanks from the bottom of my heart. honeyto6 10 Posted April 26, 2006 Good going Amy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Â You know, I was relucant at first. It took me about 2 months to make up my mind. So, your mother might be going through the same feelings I did. Â Maybe you can introduce her to this board, and she can see how nice and helpful everyone is. Â Take care, and congratulations again. Â Janna, thanks for all the good words. That's what is great about the people here on this board. Everyone is so very nice and friendly. Â Your friend in weight loss!!!! Guest 123Read Posted April 26, 2006 Keep up the great work, Judy! I know what you mean about not eating enough! I got sick a few months ago and it seemed for like a couple of weeks after I could not eat much at all but I got back on track and now I feel like I eat all the time. I feel better and my attitude is better! I know it works because I see results every week! You're doing great!
