What kind of treats/snacks?

Recommended Posts

I need some new ideas for snacks, please! I've been eating animal crackers, but that;s getting old now. What are some 1-3 pt snacks you like?

Have you tried the 100 cal snack packs, I like all of those.

I also like to have my sf/ff pudding

try some of the recipes as far a sweet snacks. They are all really good too. I have 2 point blondie recipe and I also have a 1 point brownie recipe if you would like to have those. I would be willing to get those to you. I think the blondie recipe came from here but the brownie recipe I recieved elsewhere.

kelloggs special k snack bites are good for 2 points as well.

Just a few of my ideas for you.

Light doritos and salsa ...

FF Pretzel sticks

Cocoavia chocolate - 2 points

Carmel rice snack cakes

veggies and FF dip - nice crunch!

roasted green beans .. when i FIRST heard about those, i thought .. yeah .. there's never gonna be a day that i will crave eating those! But you know what? Tastes change and i LOVE them!

Luna Bars and Cliff Nectar bars - between 3 and 4 points depending Ditto the above comment to the LUna bars!

Here are a couple of new ones (for me). We went to Trader Joe's on Saturday, :D .

Tomato basil hummus (one point for 2 T) and 15 TLC crackers (2 points) = 3 points

Banana crisps - one point for 2 servings (60 grams). I haven't tried these yet, I brough them for lunch. Edited to add, oh man I just tried these and they are sooooo good.

Roasted soy nuts. I can't remember the point value and I don't have the bag with me, but I think it's no more than 2 points per serving. This is the closest thing I've found to peanuts. They are salty and crunchy so they satisfy that urge.

I like WW yogurt 1PT and Kashi go lean crunch 3PTS.. Hey it is 4 points but it is filling. With this one it is 1 cup of Kashi... I am thinking if you want a lower point snack just use 1/3cup for 1PT and 2/3 cup for 2PTS
