EastCoast 10 Posted June 3, 2006 I also posted this in T20s, but it's appropriate here too. . .  I haven't done the whole progress thing yet, so here it is. . .1 Year, 50 lbs. . .  HW around 235- 240  SW about a year ago  Last weekend with my sisters BF  Me doing my thing!   At the brother's graduation  So there's the thick and thin of it ( no pun inteneded) It's really amazing what a year and a plan can do!
