Veggie Pizza

My WW leader posted this recipe several weeks ago and kept insisting that it was really good and we had to try it. I finally tried it tonight and it was AWESOME!


8 oz. sliced mushrooms

1 med. red onion thinly sliced

1/2 green pepper thinly sliced

1/2 red pepper thinly sliced

1 15 1/2 oz. jar LE Rosellis pizza sauce

2 tbsp jalapeno pepper slices

1 cup 2% colby jack cheese shredded

12 light wasa flat breads


Sautee veggies wiht Pam, add sauce and heat through. Spread wasa on cookie sheet. Top with sauce mixture. Spread cheese evenly. Sprinkle on jalapeno. Bake at 450 for 2 - 3 min.


1 point per cracker


Sausage variation:

Brown 1/2 lb. (2 links) of turkey italian sausage in tbsp olive oil. Add to pizza sauce and veggies.


2 points per cracker
