-whole wheat bread (toast)- can even use Splenda/cinnamon for a special treat

-natural (unsweetened) applesauce cup with 1/4 cup of All-Bran mixed in- yum!

-whatever fruit you like

-baked oatmeal (recipe on BCB)

-can't think what you call this, but mix together and heat the following: milk, cooked brown rice, cinnamon, a few raisins, and some Splenda or Splenda Baking Blend

Hmmm... sounds like I've got a sugar jones going on. :)

I get the pre-cooked Hormel bacon at Sam's Club and it is 1 point for 2 slices.....

I get the 1 pt Thomas's English Muffins.....

On egg.......2 pts...sometimes I break 2 in a bowl and remove one yolk....still 2 pts but more volume

2 tbls - RF cream cheese.....Or 1 triangle of laughing cow garlic and herb cheese.......1 pt

Cook bacon, toast muffin, fry egg ( or scramble) spread the cheese on the muffing and assemble the BF Sammy

5 points

Yummy!

I don't know that it will help w/your fiber interest, but Turkey breakfast sausage is great, and only 1 point/link. I get mine at Walmart in the poultry section of the meat department!

Scramble up some Eggbeaters and wrap them with a slice of 2% cheese and some salsa in one of Mission Tortillas' "carb smart" flour tortillas. The tortillas have about 10 grams of fiber each which really helps to make a healthy and filling breakfast.

You can add BeneFiber (thats the powder right?) to a serving of yogurt.

Have you tried just taking fiber capsules (dont know what brand....)? I havent used them before, i wonder if they would be as effective as just plain eating high fiber foods?

Thomas whole wheat english muffins, with 1 tablespoon RF peanut butter, and sugar free jelly, for 3 points!

Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why can!
