A request!

Hi all--

I have a great recipe for a spicy chicken soup that I'd like some more info on. I've guesstimated at the points, but I'd like to be sure. If it's good, I'll share with everyone!

 

Anyone have Mastercook (or the WW Recipe Builder) and wouldn't mind entering the info? I would really appreciate it. ;)

 

8 cups chicken stock (I used 100% FF)

1.5 lbs chicken (white meat... either tenders or breasts.. baked without fat)

1 can petite diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)

1 large onion (Vadalia)

2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (1 tbsp of sauce)

1 tbsp FF sour cream

cilantro to taste

 

Combine chicken stock, baked chicken, peppers & sauce, onion, tomatoes, and cilantro in a pot. Bring to a simmer. When serving, place 1 tbsp of FF sour cream in each bowl and pour soup over sour cream. When mixed in, this makes the soup a little creamier.

Soups | Ingredients8 cup fat-free chicken broth

14 1/2 oz Del Monte Petite diced tomatoes in brine

1 large vidalia onion(s)

1 Tbsp Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1 1/2 pound chicken breast, cooked, skinless

 

 

I made it 8 servings..I was just guessing. Then you'd add the tablespoon of ff sour cream..which is...0 pts. woot.
