mariemorgan 10 Posted October 23, 2006 I made these tonight.. and I'm not sure I like them.. when you freeze them they are a little hard to eat, but if you let them thaw a little the pudding turns back into puddingy state. Â I used a 12 oz can of evaporated milk I believe... I already threw the can in the dumpster... I'm not sure if that's the original recipe calls for it didn't say. Pandorra 10 Posted October 23, 2006 Dumb question, but, you make the pudding using the evaporated milk? **Sharyn** "If we couldn't laugh we would all go insane!" ~ Jimmy Buffet  SW: 169 CW: 161 GW:
mariemorgan 10 Posted October 24, 2006 I may not have followed directions correctly... Â I just put everything in a bowl and stirred it then dumped them in drops on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Jodee SW: 223 CW: 177 PW:178.5 GW:?? Knowing is not enough; we must apply. KellBell 0 Posted May 26, 2014 I would allow the oats to soften in the mixture for a bit before freezing, I think this might help with texture. And I'd probably use quick oats, not old fashioned. Kelli from MN Â "change happens one day at a time"
