I tried the Core Plan for the very first time last week and it was big adjustment for me, particularly since I have been on Flex since joining WW last January. I started the core plan 10 days ago on my own, because the nearest WW Meeting is 30 miles from where I live and with winter comming on I'm afraid to be caught on the "open prairie" highway between our two towns if a winter storm comes up.
