Gracious! Merci Beaucoup! Thank You! I tried the Core Plan for the very first time last week and it was big adjustment for me, particularly since I have been on Flex since joining WW last January. I'm planning to do Core again this week. These links are sooooooo helpful....I'm jumping for joy! :headover:

Last night I made Chicken Brunswick stew found in the Crockpot recipes, first page. It was really delicious! Even the teenager liked it.

Thanks for taking the time to post all these recipes.

Can someone make this a sticky so we don't have to keep bumping it up?

These sites look wonderful! I started the core plan 10 days ago on my own, because the nearest WW Meeting is 30 miles from where I live and with winter comming on I'm afraid to be caught on the "open prairie" highway between our two towns if a winter storm comes up.:bcb_worry

Any help that I can get online is wonderful !
