Pumpkin Spice Cake with Butter Pecan Icing

desserts | Duncan Hines Moist delux spice cake mix A package and half basicaly I make both boxes and use a third of the batter for the cake and the other part i bake into 6 3point muffins(no icing on them)if you do it this way use the 2 boxes cake mix and 2 pounds pumkin






32 oz fat-free cream cheese

2 oz fat-free sugar free instant butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix

1 1/2 pound canned pumpkin

1/2 cup fat-free skim milk

18 serving spice cake

1/2 cup chopped pecans





mix spice cake mix and pumpkin and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 3 9inch cake pans.



Mix softened FF cream cheeses and 2 boxes instant FF SF butterscotch pudding mix and 1/2 cup Skim Milk and beat togther with mixer.


Layer cake and ice with remaning Frosting Sprinkle the Pecans on the top of the cake.
