43 ounces beef broth (3 cans)

2 cups tortellini, cheese-filled (dry) I used barilla

1 cup peas, frozen

8 ounces tomato sauce

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon oregano

 

combine all ingredients, cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 5-6 minutes or until tortellini are tender.
