michele914 10 Posted November 22, 2006 Hi all, I just found out that my family is deep frying our turkey this year. Any suggestions on points cooked that way? I don't even know how many pts are on a slice when it's cooked in the oven.. Any suggestion on pts would be appreciated. SW 198 -4/24/05 On my own CW 151 (-47lbs) gone forever!!!! Luanne 0 Posted November 22, 2006 According to the WWers Points Tracker in etools, 6 oz of deep fried turkey without bone is 9 points. I don't know if that is with, or without skin. Generally turkey (without skin) is one point per oz for white meat and and 1 1/2 point per oz for dark meat. Luanne  "Just Do It" Goal - 8/2/
DestinedToSucceed 10 Posted November 22, 2006 Borrowed from another thread - Â Â Â Here's a link to a discussion about deep-fried turkey from the core boards...etools says six ounces of deep-fried turkey is 9 points. Not super point-friendly. ~Kristi~
