Classic Chicken Soup

4 c fat-free low-sodium chicken broth

3 carrots, chopped

2 ribs celery, chopped

1 chicken breast, cooked & cubed

1/2 c uncooked noodles

 

Pour chicken broth into slow cooker. Add carrots & celery.

Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

 

Add chicken and noodles. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.

 

4 servings

 

Per Serving - 2 points

100 cal, 14g pro, 8g carb, 1g fat, 2g fiber, 220mg sodium

This recipe sounds great, and looks easy, and uncomplicated. Just my kind of recipe. One question though: Is this a whole boneless chicken breast or a half boneless breast?
