Is Cream of Wheat core?

I'm talking about the kind you have to cook - unsweetened, no flavors. I thought it was, and E-tools seems to suggest it is (it comes up in the Core foods list), but there are points listed next to it when I put it in the daily planner.

When I did CORE, before the recent changes, yes it was CORE. I don't know about etools though:bcb_confu

Yeah it's core. The planner has been messed up (so I heard)


I am not defined by the number, but how healthy my body is!
