I need a one-liner...

Recommended Posts

I said this to myself on January 2, 2008 while driving to WW to sign up. I say it to myself every day. I also use it as my sig.

I am no longer going to look longingly at thin women wishing I was one.... I'm going to become one.

I'm learning to love that empty feeling.

2/5 - 3.4 (two week loss )

2/12 - 1.2

2/19 - 4.4

2/26 - 1.2

Learn to love that empty feeling. lol

I mean that as a joke, sort of...

It's a quote from a teenage movie, probably from the 80's. I don't remember anything, not even the title or the actors, but I remember that quote. I think about it quite a bit when I'm feeling bored hungry, then I smirk, drink a glass of water, and maybe have a legal piece of hard candy.

Fit is Fab!

You think you know me... you think you know US! Try again. You only care about being right. The sad thing is, you think that I'm the one to blame. Well, ask yourself this.... who really drove him away? You!

Don't dig your grave with your own knife and fork.

Your stomach shouldn't be a waist basket.

One should eat to live, not live to eat.

Rich, fatty foods are like destiny: they too, shape our ends.

Stressed spelled backwards is desserts. Coincidence? I think not!

To lengthen your life, shorten your meals.

What an awesome thread, and I LOVE the idea of writing all these lines on index cards for easy reference. :bcb_up

The only one I can think to add is from a post I saw on the Skinny Daily a few years ago: "Eat Less, Move More, Love Yourself, Keep Going".

Why I didn't discover these one liners before is beyond me, but I LOVE them! I'm going to have to post a few of them around the house as reminders.

You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is.
