Are we able to switch back and forth bet. Flex and Core?

Can we do this whenever we want, say, weekly?

 

Does anyone do this?

 

Is it recommended, or not so much?

You can switch back and forth weekly, if you want to.

 

I don't know anyone who does!

I have only been on core for a week or two. I expect that I'll go back to flex and then again to core if I plateau.

 

So far, however, I have found that core works really well for me.

 

I probably could not say the same thing if I had a full-time job and had to work the long hours that I used to work.

 

As I understand it, you can switch back and forth, but you must do it on a week-by-week basis.

I do Core all spring and summer when the fruits and veggies are wonderful, then do Flex from about November 1st when I seem to naturally want more carbs. The WW rule is just don't mix them in the same week.

I think switching up every few weeks/months is a really good idea - Variety is the spice of life :)
