Need help with soup points

Here is a new soup recipe I tried and would like if someone would help with the points. I bought Mastercook but am having too much trouble with my computer since I installed it so I uninstalled it for now.

 

Tuscan Bean Soup

1 28oz. can diced tomatoes

1 10oz pkg chopped spinach (frozen)

6 cups chicken broth(I used low fat)

1 cup chopped carrots

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

2 cloves garlic, pressed

2 Tbl. parsley

2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 15oz cannelli beans (can use kidney)

1 tbl. soy sauce (opt.)

1/2 cup rosa marina or ancini de pepe

 

Sautee carrots, onions and celery in 1 Tbl. butter for 10 min. Add the rest of the ingrediants except for the pasta. Cook for 30-45 min. till vegetables are cooked. Stir in pasta and cook for the last 20 min.

Serve with a little parmesan cheese on top.

 

I think it feed about 10 1 cup servings.

 

It's a great soup and you can even add some hamburg or ground turkey in it too. I hope you all enjoy it.

I think that sounds really good and would like to know the points also....

I always have trouble figuring out how many servings things make unless I make it first the start scooping out 1 cup servings and getting the "count" after it is made.

I will keep watching this thread to see the comments.

I came up to 2 pts. per cup, using the cannelli beans and the ancini de pepe along with FF chicken broth for 129 cal, trace fat, 5g fiber.
