Work Out Question

I was thinking if my cardio work out is riding my bike, I should be focusing on other muscle groups for my strength training while I'm at the gym. Is this correct? I feel like my legs are getting a lot of attention, but my arms, back, etc. are being forgotten.

Yes. I would concentrate on upper body work at the gym. You could include some leg exercises that work muscles not used a lot during biking - I'm thinking of ab/adductor exercises, and lower back work. Just a thought.

Thank you! Today I'm definitely feeling like my legs need a break ~ 4 straight days of biking that I hadn't been doing before.
