ginnyb 0 Posted April 25, 2007 I made this up last night to use up the imitation seafood I had found on sale. I thought it was wonderful, and it was so easy to put together!! Enjoy! ginnyb   Creamy Cheesy Seafood Crepes  2 (1.5 oz.) pkgs. Knorr Four Cheese sauce 6 pts. 2 C. skim milk 4 pts. Mix sauce mix and milk in med. pan on med. heat. Cook until thick.  10 small La Tortilla Factory tortillas (I used green onion ones) 5 pts. 1 (8 oz.) Kemps Crab Delight imitation crabmeat 2.5 pts. 1 (8 oz.) Kemps Lobster Delight imitation lobster meat 2.5 pts. 1 onion, chopped ½ red pepper, ½ green pepper, chopped Salt & pepper to taste  Sauté onions and peppers in pan sprayed with Pam. Add seafood. Cook until warm. Add ½ C. sauce mix. Mix well. Spray 9 X 11 pan. Using 1/3 C. measure as a guide, fill tortillas, roll & place seam side down in pan. Spread remaining sauce on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 F. for 30-40 min.  Total pts. = 20 2 pts. per crepe "The only one who can stop me is me---and I can take her!"  ginnyb (aka loves2cook!)
