Recommended Posts

I made this up last night to use up the imitation seafood I had found on sale. I thought it was wonderful, and it was so easy to put together!! Enjoy!

Creamy Cheesy Seafood Crepes

2 (1.5 oz.) pkgs. Knorr Four Cheese sauce 6 pts.

2 C. skim milk 4 pts.

Mix sauce mix and milk in med. pan on med. heat. Cook until thick.

10 small La Tortilla Factory tortillas (I used green onion ones) 5 pts.

1 (8 oz.) Kemps Crab Delight imitation crabmeat 2.5 pts.

1 (8 oz.) Kemps Lobster Delight imitation lobster meat 2.5 pts.

1 onion, chopped

½ red pepper, ½ green pepper, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

Sauté onions and peppers in pan sprayed with Pam. Add seafood. Cook until warm. Add ½ C. sauce mix. Mix well.

Spray 9 X 11 pan. Using 1/3 C. measure as a guide, fill tortillas, roll & place seam side down in pan. Spread remaining sauce on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 F. for 30-40 min.

Total pts. = 20 2 pts. per crepe
