Anything made with strawberries or cherries, apples, and blueberries.... in this area at this time of year you don't need to sweeten the strawberries!

A trifle with angel food cake, sf/ff vanilla pudding, ff cool whip, and fresh berries would be low point and have the right color scheme.

Apple turnovers made with splenda and filo dough (1 point per sheet) and a light spray of pam would probably be great!

Oh, or a jello poke-cake made with sugar free jellos, a cake mix made with diet sprite, and iced with ff cool whip. Cold, sweet, perfect for summer.

Ok, here is my idea.

Start with a white cake mix, baked as directed in a 13 X 9 cake pan. After cooled, mix SF strawberry or any red flavor jell-o with 1 cup boiling water. Take a meat fork, and poke holes in cake, pour jello mixture over cake, using a 1/4 cup measuring cup. Allow to cool in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Top cake with SF cool whip. Then add stripes of sliced strawberries for at least 4-5 rows saving a square corner area to fill in with fresh blueberries. Looks like flag, tastes terrific and is very point friendly. It is also what I am making for today.
