Points for Ribs? Help

Does anyone know the points for BBQ pork ribs? I'm going nuts trying to find them. I've been on Dotti's looking at restaurant after restaurant and found nothing. I even looked on the different food lists and nothing!

 

Help please! I want to stay OP tonight.

It depends on several things:

 

1) BEEF or PORK

2) short or baby back

3) type and amount of sauce

 

It is in the Week 1 Booklet and the Food Companion.

 

You can also always try USDA Database website or Calorie King or Diet Facts websites.

 

But from the W/W database for e-tools:

 

3 oz Lean Beef Ribs = 5 points

3 oz Whole (fat included) Beef Ribs = 8 points

 

4 oz BabyBack Ribs = 8 points

Also on Dotti's page you can do a search of her site and put in ribs and you'll find:

 

O'Charley's - 1/2 Rack of Ribs - 1/2 rack of ribs w/fries and slaw (1763 cal/113 g fat/7 g fiber/120 g carbs) 43.5 (44)

 

Garfields = Piggy Back Ribs - 1 slab (12.21 oz) (982.2 cal/45.6 g fat/8.8 g fiber/110.5 carbs) 22 (23)

 

Schwan's = Barbeque Boneless Pork Loin Back Ribs (5 oz) (370 cal/22 g fat/0 g fiber/22 g carbs) 9.5

Timberlodge = Prince Erik’s Rack of Ribs (1360 cal/68 g fat/5 g fiber/21 g carbs) 32 (32.5)
