scgirl 10 Posted July 31, 2007 Well, buddies, I've been struggling lately to stay OP. Although I haven't lost as much as I'd hoped to by this point, I discovered something wonderful this today. I no longer cringe every time I see a picture of myself. Heck, I can actually find a few that I think look pretty good!! Since I can't see the progress when I look in the mirror, it helps me to look back and compare pictures to prove to myself that I've actually made headway. Especially when I find myself struggling, the pictures inspire me to keep on going on. Maybe these will help some of you do the same! Pictures from last summer pre-WW, and this past weekend at DSs birthday party. bethel 10 Posted August 7, 2007 Kristie, You look fantastic, from the inside out! Here are two tools you can use to help keep you motivated and focused (especially if you think you haven't come as far as you would have liked to come): 1. Put on one of your biggest pair of jeans (I hope you kept one pair) and take a good hard look in the mirror - I'll bet there's room for a child to fit in there with you! 2. Go to the supermarket and put two 20-lb and one 10-lb bag of rice on the floor. Now try to pick it up and carry it up and down the aisle a few times. How do you feel? You used to carry that weight ALL THE TIME! YOU GO, GIRL! SW: 224 lbs CW: 162 lbs GW: 145 lbs  Goodbye 220's...210's...200's...190's...180's...170's...
