Bottom pic is before, I am on the left with the longer blonde hair.

Finally got the nerve to post some before and after, couldn't find a good before but I think you can tell the difference. The before is not my highest weight but it was where I started this time.

Thanks alison, we were in the Smoky mtns,National forest in E. Tennesee The falls behind me are Laurel falls.

Great pics. You must feel awesome everytime you do the comparison?! I have a question. I've been on weight watchers once before and had great success but never did reach my goal weight because I got cocky and went off program and by the time four years rolled around I had put half the weight back on. Anyways, I have rejoined and want to know...can we really lose our spare tires without surgery and working out for three hours 7 days a week? I carry my weight in my arms, back, hips and the spare tire around my waist - guess I am shaped like an apple. Can you help...you look so great in the pic and I don't see a hint of belly!! Haha
