Exercise Accountability=Wk.of 3/14

I'm baaaaaack! I was on spring break last week, so I didn't want to commit - but as it worked out (lol) I was able to work out 5 days! This week I'm back on my "normal" schedule so here goes!

 

Sun. - weights - back & biceps, treadmill, 30 mins, 2.67 miles, 340 cals.

Mon. -aerobics day - treadmill 30 mins, 2.26 miles, 326 cals:

bike 30 mins, 7.94 miles, 185 cals

Tues. -scheduled day off for class

Weds. - weights, chest and back-30 mins

treadmill 30 mins, 2.71 miles, 345

Thurs. - weights - legs 30 mins; elliptical 30 mins 2.65 miles, 364 cals

Fri. - weights - shoulders; treadmill 30 mins, 2.75 miles, 351 cals

Sat. - weights - back and biceps, 30 mins, elliptical 30 mins, 2.87 miles, 394 cals.

Count me in again this week treadmill.gif (first chance I've had to post!!!)

 

here goes:

 

Sunday thumbup.gif 1 hour, 45 mins walking (6 miles)

Monday thumbup.gif 1 hour mini-trampoline

Tuesday thumbup.gif 1 hour mini-trampoline

Wednesday thumbup.gif 1 hour mini-trampoline

Thursday poke.gif missed out, too many errands with DH

Friday :D went for my 6 mile walk and did it in 1 hour & 39 minutes today... knocked 6 minutes off the last time & I think I even jogged a little on the downhill sections!!!!

OMG OMG OMG

I have started movin movin movin

 

Monday- stroll through the mall

 

Tuesday - a faster walk through K-Mart (no shopping just walking at a fast pace)

 

Wednesday- HOLD ON TO YER HAT!! - a 20 min WALK at moderate speed through the streets close to where I work!!! AND yes I said AND I did about 20 mins of weight resistance on the lower body !!!!

 

Thursday - 25 min walk in the sunny streets of Owensboro!!!!

 

Friday - 2 walks one was 25 mins and the other 30 for a total of 55 mins!!!!!!

 

OMG Dawna do you believe it?????????
