Banking points

I had 5 points left over yesterday ( I am doing flex), and am wondering if I can bank them or is that an old idea from before WW introdiced the 35 flex points?

You are supposed to use your Target Points every day. If you don't, they are lost. You may not save them for another day. It's the minimum you should be eating on the WW Program.


"Banking" is left over from the days before Flex Points. They used to give us a range. The old "minimum" is now your Target. The rest of the range is now your Flex Points / Weekly Points Allowance.
