I was feeling bad since it didn't seem like I worked out as much as usual last week, but when I looked things over I did work out 4 days. It didn't seem like it. I like to work out 5-6 days, though, so I hope I can do that this week.

Sun. - Resistance Tube workout-Was still not feeling that great & didn't want to work out but am feeling better now that I did.

Mon. - 3 mile WATP for Abs with the resistance belt

Tues.- 25 min. Step & Tone Tape w/o the step

Wed. - weight/toning routine, 2 untimed brisk walks with my granddaugher in stroller. One walk had a Pekingese dog on each side of the stroller. We caused a lot of smiles.

Thu. - 30 min. of an old Firm tape w/o step or weights

Fri. - Off

Sat. - 40 min. Firm with weights (1st time w/weights)

I can't believe I didn't exercise yesterday. I'm really bummed out about that but it was an intense day with my ds. He's having a rough time in school and I had to ground him, which has the effect of grounding me too. That's no excuse since I have home machines but somehow, when friends offered to spend the evening with us, I chose that to cheer myself up, rather than exercise.

Anyway, this is a new week with HUGE challenges, so I have no idea what will happen. I already meant to exercise before showering this morning but finished our taxes instead. It is now freezing rain outside, so I'm limited to in house exercise and will do my machines tonight.

As for the rest of the week, I'm took the bull by the horns and told my sister I didn't need her to visit (it was to work on estate stuff with me) and so that frees up my week greatly.

thumbup.gif Sunday: Home machines for 50 minutes

thumbup.gif Monday: Curves

thumbup.gif Tuesday: Curves

thumbup.gif Wednesday: moderate 35 min walk. I'm sick and had a slight fever so couldn't bike ride.

thumbup.gif Thursday: Still sick but temp was normal when I woke up so I went to Curves. So far it is only a sore throat and feeling miserable so I'm working out while I can and will take a break if it moves into my chest.

thumbup.gif Friday: my cold did move into my chest but it is absolutely gorgeous out so I worked in the yard, slowly and steadily for 80 minutes.

We've just got called out of town immediately, so I may not be able to exercise tomorrow. I did book us into a hotel with both an indoor pool and a good exercise room and have packed appropriate clothes just in case I have time and/or feel up to it. If I don't, at least I worked out every other day this week. Yeah for me!

thumbup.gif Saturday: 35 minute walk with a friend to earn activity points to help offset my overeating due to stress and to try and short circuit this urge to eat. It isn't working.

Welcome, Kati, wave.gif

Kathryn: With all the stress you have going on right now, you need your exercise more than ever. Try not to let road blocks get in the way. If walking is all you can do each day this week, then do it~

Dawna
