Please help me point this

Hi I got this recipefrom a friend and it makes up lovely muffins,

 

I was wondering if someone could figure out the points for me , I truly would appreciate it.

 

1/2 cup ground whole wheat flour

1/2 cup spelt flour

1/2 cup wheat bran

1/2 cup oat bran

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup steel cut oats

1/2 tsp salt

3 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup ground flax seed

 

1 egg

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup organic sugar

3 bananas mashed

1 cup blue berries

 

 

method

beat together egg, oil , sugar and bananas

 

add dry ingredients just combine

 

add blueberries

 

bake 375for 10 -15 mins

yields 12 muffins

I don't have NI for some of these ingredients but if you do http://www.sparkpeople.com has a free recipe builder you can put in your ingredients and figure the NI per serving from which you can figure your points. If you don't have NI for the ingredients you can always check sites like nutritiondata.com and calorieking.com

Hey,

Another BCBer posted the link to this website and it's really helpful! Just copy and paste the recipie into it and the number of servings and the NI information comes up!

I put in your recipie with 12 servings as you suggested.

Each muffin comes out at 190 cals, 8.2g fat and 5.2g dietary fibre which works out at 4 points per muffin.

ps I did make them , they are easy to make and tasty , though I will split them in half for two points..
