Howdy all,

After a not-so-great week last week, I have some pretty serious resolve to stick with my plan this week. I had a couple of seriously crazy days at work last week that I let derail my efforts. This week is looking like it could be crazy too, but I'm not going to let that effect my plan!

Here's the plan:

thumbup.gif Sunday: 21K run, 4 hours volleyball

thumbup.gif Monday: stretch/tone, 1 hr. power walk

thumbup.gif Tuesday: weights/abs, 45 min. run (speed work)

thumbup.gif Wednesday: stretch/tone, 2 hours volleyball (playoffs -- we won our division championship!!!!)

thumbup.gif Thursday: weights/abs

sleep.gif Friday: decided to take a rest day

thumbup.gif Saturday: 2 hrs. biking
