Good Morning,

Count me in for another week. My exercise last week wasn't great. This week will be more intense. As I mentioned in last weeks thread, at my Dr. appointment Friday, my doc told me that the 10% of folks who lose weight and keep it off are those who continue to exercise. Thanks, Dawna, for helping us be included in that 10%!

Sun: Walk

Mon: Aerobic dancing

Tues: Aerobic dancing - Pilates

Wed: Aerobic dancing

Thurs:3 1/2 mile walk

Fri: aerobic dancine

Sat: Probably nothing

I completed 7 days of exercise last week. That's amazing to me.

This week will be good too. Today is almost over and my body is crying out for a walk after the long car ride but I have things I must do first. So, check below to see what I decided!

Aside from today, it will be another no-excuses week. I'm also setting 3 Curves as my goal.

 Sunday: Well-deserved rest

:( Monday: Undeserved day off (work and parenting got in the way of exercise and I was grumpy because of it.)

thumbup.gif Tuesday: Curves

thumbup.gif Wednesday: walk, high intensity for 65 minutes. (My neighbour who lives up on the highway invited me to walk around the 'block'. Her block is a whole rural concession and I was thinking around our subdivision! It was a great walk, I'm not too sore after, and we plan to go regularly now since we both walk fast and normally walk with people who prefer to stroll.)

thumbup.gif Thursday: Curves

thumbup.gif Friday: short bike ride (22 minutes)

thumbup.gif Saturday: 2 hours of Yardwork

It wasn't a bad week but it wasn't a great one either. We did buy ds15 a new bike today so he'll be a biking partner for me when dh is away. We'll also be able to bike places together. Since his old bike broke, I've driven us places I'd normally have rode to since he didn't have a bike.

As far as eating within my points, it has been a good week even though I didn't earn as many activity points as I wanted to. I'm trying to lose a few more pounds now that I've been at goal for 5 months, so have dropped my target points to 22 from 24. That part is going well and I seem to be down 1 - 2 lbs over 3 weeks so that's consistent with what I'd expect.

I hope I can increase my workouts next week though and speed up the losing a bit more.
