hhkk33 10 Posted October 22, 2007 Servings: 4 Points: 2.6/serving  Ingredients 12 oz Albacore, solid white tuna in spring water, drained 1/2 cup fat-free ranch salad dressing 1/2 cup diced celery 1/4 cup diced green onions 8 slices Healthy Life 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread  Directions Mix tuna with ranch, celery and onions in bowl.
