points for chicken

Recommended Posts

How many points is a cup of diced chicken?

Is there a site that lists the point value of different foods?

From what I have learned, chicken is usually about a point per ounce. (cooked without skin and no bone). If anyone knows differently, let me know.

Kurly- It would depend on if your chicken is white or dark meat, and how it was prepared (with our without skin)

My favorite site, when I can't find foods in my WWer materials, is:

http://www.calorieking.com

You can get the ni for lots of foods, then use that to calculate the points.
