Roasted Green Beans

1 pound fresh green beans, ends removed

2 teaspoons of olive oil

sea salt

pepper

 

Heat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread beans on sheet and drizzle with oil. Toss beans with hands to coat evenly and spinkle with salt. Roast for 10 minutes, using tongs toss and then continue to roast for 10-12 minutes. Use salt and pepper to taste.

I LOVE roasted green beans! You can also use frozen but you have to cook a little longer, about 30 minutes.

I love these!

 

Roasting also is great for fresh asparagus, beets, and brussel sprouts.
