Allysmom 10 Posted March 17, 2008 Laura: You know how amazed I am by you but what amazed me is the difference between 80 pounds and 90 pounds gone. I can tell you have bumped up your exercise in a big way. Thanks for inspiring me to continue on. You really look great, which Bryan so sweetly has pointed out! mamato2girls 10 Posted March 17, 2008 Wow! You look terrific! I find your progress photos to be very, very inspiring. Have you done this mostly through diet, or are you doing a lot of exercise? Â Jessie: I started off in the beginning just doing the food program side of WW and getting in a little extra activity if I could. But the more I have lost the more I have started to really exercise. Especially now. I workout 4-5 times a week religiously. But I see it as "activity" not exercise because I have found things I love and incorporate them into my daily life. I have realized I like to get in activity and I plan on keeping active the rest of my life. HTH! mamato2girls 10 Posted November 25, 2012 I am still on the journey to health. It is a life long commitment. I have since gained some of the weight back, then lost it, then gained some again. About to commit to getting the weight off again. This time with the help of EMOTIONAL support. I KNOW what to do, that is not the problem, it is my MIND and emotions that hinder my success. Send me positive energy. thank u! ~Laura~ 6'1"-2DD~1/05 & 2/07 4/17/07 SW:324.8/CW:257.4/GW:
lorrainelockly 0 Posted November 25, 2012 You are so right. So many times we know the right things to do, we just don't know the how or why, or how to change. I hope you are in a WW meeting. The support here is great, but the support in the meetings is so helpful week in and week out in person. You have done a tremendous job of starting your lifelong journey to health! Don't let anything stop you now. You look great in your after pictures! Bonnie Total loss: 52 lbs incl 10 from 2008 GW 137 August 2012 Â Â
